1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pinnacle Leasing Enterprises services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Vehicle Agreement

Our vehicle program is governed by an individual agreement that sets out the recurring payment schedule, use requirements, and any end-of-term acquisition option if offered.

3. Payments

Payments are due on the agreed-upon schedule (weekly or bi-weekly). Late payments may incur fees and affect your contract status. Please contact us immediately if you anticipate difficulty making a payment.

4. Vehicle Title

Any transfer of title or end-of-term acquisition option will occur only if expressly provided in the customer's written agreement and all required conditions are met.

5. Vehicle Condition

You are responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good condition and must carry adequate insurance. Any damage including normal wear and tear is your responsibility and all maintenance is to be done by the customer.

6. Agreement Default

If payment is not made according to the agreement schedule or other material terms are not met, the company may exercise the remedies provided in the written agreement. Please contact us promptly if you anticipate any difficulty meeting your obligations.
